Shipping Policy


We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class or Priority Mail to offer our customers the most economical shipping method possible.   All orders in the Continental United States ship for $5 Flat Rate Shipping. 



All In Stock Orders are processed within two business days and can take up to 10 days for delivery.  Please note we ship on business days Monday - Friday and do not count weekends or U.S. holidays.  During Seasonal Sales and Promotional Events, shipping may take longer (additional 5-7 business days) due to increased order volume. 

Restock or Pre-Order items will also have a delayed shipping date, which varies by product.

Custom Order shipping time is case by case.  An estimated time will be communicated at time of purchase for custom items.

Orders will ship in as few shipments as possible.  However, in Pre-Order, Back-Order or Custom Order situations, items may be shipped separately.

NOTE:  USPS tracking system does not always reflect “real time” progress of a package.  Therefore, keep in mind that this does not mean that Wild Wren Originals has not shipped your package.



Please note Wild Wren Originals is Not Responsible for Lost, Stolen, Undelivered or Damaged Items by USPS.  If you would like to obtain insurance for your shipment via USPS, contact us prior to order placement.  All Lost, Stolen, Undelivered, or Damaged items are the responsibility of the buyer and should be communicated directly to USPS.  If a packaged is tracked as delivered, but has not been received, please contact your local post office to investigate.  Wild Wren Originals is not liable for package once it ships from our facility. We do not issue refunds on Lost, Stolen, Undelivered or Damaged items by USPS.

Wild Wren Originals will not be held responsible for incorrect addresses listed at the time of purchase.  When order payment is via PayPal, we utilize the information PayPal has on file at the time of purchase.  Therefore, if paying with PayPal, it is important that you verify your address information is correct for shipment.  Once order is submitted, address information cannot be changed on our end.  Customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to have package re-delivered in cases of incorrect addresses.



If a shipment is received with missing, incorrect or defective merchandise please notify Wild Wren Originals via email within 3 days of receipt.  Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all deliveries within 3 business days of receipt. All defective items must have original tags attached and be in new and unworn condition. 



We currently ship to Canada and Australia.  All duties, taxes, and custom expenses are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be paid by Wild Wren Originals.  Delivery for international orders varies by country, but takes an average of 7-17 business days. Please note we cannot control customs delays and Wild Wren Originals is not responsible for Lost, Stolen, Undelivered or Damaged Packages.
