Pricing of items are in U.S. dollars. The prices are subject to applicable state and local tax laws. Item pricing, availability and shipping rates are subject to change. Wild Wren Originals reserves the right to restrict orders containing errors in prices, descriptions or images of items.

Wild Wren Originals accepts all major credit and debit cards including: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Payments may also be made with PayPal. All wildwrenoriginals.com payments are processed utilizing a secure checkout system provided by Shopify.
Why would I receive an invoice or shipping confirmation if product was not available?
In some circumstances, the invoice and shipping label are printed, but when items are pulled for packing, we discover the item is actually out of stock or damaged. As an online boutique, sometimes multiple people check out at the same time and one of the orders will not have stock available. Additionally, sometimes we go to pack the order and an item has damage, thus cannot be shipped. In circumstances of out of stock or damaged items, the invoice will be edited and the customer will receive a refund for the unavailable item.
Why was my order delayed?
Seasonal Sales and Promotional Events: In the case of Seasonal Sales and Promotional Events, shipping times can increase by an additional 5-7 business days due to the increase in order volume.
Restock or Pre-Order Items: Restock or Pre-Order items will also have a delayed shipping date, which varies by product.
Custom Orders: Shipping time for Custom Orders vary case by case. An estimated time will be communicated at time of purchase for custom items.
Incorrect Delivery Address: Items are shipped to the address given at the time of purchase. Therefore, it is imperative that the correct address be given. An incorrect address on the customer’s behalf will delay the order and result in additional postage fees, which will be at the customer’s expense.
