Return Policy

All returned items are for Store Credit Only, No Refunds.  Purchases are eligible for return within 14 days of purchase.  All Returns and Exchanges must be pre-approved and will not be accepted without pre-approval.  Send Return or Exchange requests to:

Please include Return or Exchange Request and Order Number in subject line.

If item(s) being exchanged is not available, then return is eligible for Store Credit Only, No Refund.  Item(s) for Return must be received by Wild Wren Originals within 30 days of original order to receive Store Credit.   Item(s) for Return received by Wild Wren Originals 30 days after original date of purchase will not be accepted and customer will be responsible for return shipping cost.  Denied returns will be donated to charity if not claimed by customer within 30 days. 

 

All Returned Items must be returned and received in Original Condition (unworn, unwashed, no stains, no scuffs or marks, no smells, or animal hair), with original tags on product, in original box (in case of shoes) and with original shipping invoice.

 

All Custom Orders are Final Sale and Non-Returnable.

 

All promotional/flash sale items are Final Sale and therefore non-returnable.  Due to hygienic purposes, all sales are Final on earrings, hair accessories (hats, headbands), intimates (bralettes, camis, leggings) and eyewear. 

 

Once received, returns will be processed within 5 business days.  Eligible returns will be issued a Store Credit through your customer account email for the purchase price of the item(s), less original shipping charges.  Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.   Store Credit will expire after 1 (one) year of issuance.
